Tantra Kriya Yoga is a very powerful way to enhance awareness, intimacy, spiritual and physical bonds through ritualistic breath work, meditation, movement, touch, and Kriya yoga exercises. It is great practice to do with your partner or any another person to re-establish the profound sense of oneness, feel the depth and intimacy of the human connection and achieve a state of bliss. Highly recommended for couples.
